Second Annual Virginia & J. Edward Holtry Distinguished Lecture: Dr. Don Wilhite on Managing Drought Risk in a Changing Climate

On Thursday September 20, Dr. Don Wilhite, Professor of Applied Climate Science and Founding Director of the National Drought Mitigation Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln delivered the second Annual Virginia & J. Edward Holtry Distinguished Lecture in Geographic Information Sciences speaking on the timely topic of “Managing Drought Risk in a Changing Climate”

 

Dr. Wilhite also spoke at the GIScCE on “Drought Early Warning Systems: Complexities & Prospects”
