Center Scholars present at ASPRS conference

Two undergraduates in the Center Scholars Program at GIScCE presented their research at the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Upper Midwest Chapter conference at the USGS Center for EROS October  5-7.

Ben Helder presented a poster entitled “Assessing changes at the Grassland Destabilization Experiment (GDEX) in the Nebraska Sandhills from 2006-2009 using imaging spectroscopy”. Dr. Geoff Henebry is Ben’s advisor.

Brad Stricherz presented a poster entitled “Assessing catastrophic wildfire risk in California”. Dr. Mark Cochrane is Brad’s advisor.
